The purpose of the KyPSO training modules is to provide Local Education Agency (LEA) personnel with the information they need to accurately collect data about student post school plans and outcomes.
Registering for the KyPSO Data Collection System (DCS):
In order to access the data collection instruments and to gain certification, you will need to register with the KyPSO-DCS. To do so, follow the steps, below:
- Go to www.kypso.org
- Click on the Data Collection heading on the menu (on the left)
- Select Data Collection User Login
- In the bottom left corner of the "User Login" page, click "Click Here" to register (NOTE: You will not be able to enter a “User Name” and “Password” until you “Click Here” to register)
- Fill out the required information and click "Next" when done
- After selecting a User Name and Password, click "Create New User"
- Your Account will then be created (you will receive an e-mail as well)
- You can then access the quizzes and once passing them you will have access to the data collection instruments
